Program |
 |
The Wolfram Research Tour of Russia and Ukraine consists of a series of lecture presentations by Oleksandr Pavlyk. His
lecture uses
Mathematica to demonstrate how its design and key technologies mesh to make it the technical software of choice
for a wide variety of applications. Following each presentation, Pavlyk will answer questions from the audience and
share his insights as both a mathematician and developer.
Mathematica is currently being used in hundreds of academic institutions, research labs, and financial
organizations around the world. It can be used as both an interactive calculation tool and a programming language. As a
completely integrated numerical, symbolic, and graphical system, Mathematica is an ideal tool for prototyping
algorithms, modeling, and experimenting.
