Purchase Order Requirements
U.S. and Canada:
Purchase orders for Wolfram Research products and services are accepted
by both mail and fax
and are subject to credit approval. For nonacademic purchases, we
do require an initial minimum order of US $500.00 to obtain terms.
The standard carrier for domestic shipment is UPS Ground. Freight
terms are "FOB Origin" or
"Prepay and Add to Invoice." Air and overnight delivery services
are also available. Please contact your Wolfram Research representative for details.
The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and applicable Value
Added Taxes. Sales tax is added on orders delivered in California,
Illinois, Indiana, New York, Massachusetts, and Texas. GST and HST are
assessed on
all orders delivered to Canada. International customers are responsible
for customs, duties, and taxes.
Standard terms are Net 30 Days. Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express credit cards, prepaid
orders, and C.O.D. (United States only; $10 service fee) are all accepted.
Shipping charges are added based on the total dollar amount of shippable
items.
Incomplete or inconsistent purchase orders will require a written amendment
for orders to be processed and shipped.
