Array Plotting

See What's New in Wolfram Mathematica 6

The new function ArrayPlot has been added to provide a comprehensive and flexible way to visualize arrays, bitmaps, matrices, and systems like cellular automata.

ArrayPlot's features include data reduction (so that large numbers of points are displayed with optimum visibility), the ability to handle sparse or dense arrays automatically, and flexible coloring options.

More Details

All of the following images were produced directly by ArrayPlot.
